参苓白术散联合当归补血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证临床疗效观察

目的:探讨参苓白术散联合当归补血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法:选取50例慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证患者,随机分为两组。对照组患者给予参苓白术散治疗,实验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服当归补血汤,比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分及治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前中医证候积分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后中医证候积分组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。实验组患者总有效率为88.0%,优于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参苓白术散联合当归补血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭脾气虚证可显著改善患者中医证候症状,提高治疗效果,其效果优于单独服用参苓白术散。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Danggui Buxue Decoction in treatment of chronic renal failure of spleen deficiency syndrome, Methods ： 50 cases of chronic kidney failure patients with spleen deficien- cy were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received the treatment of Shenling Baizhu powder, patients in the experimental group in the control group on the basis of the treatment of Danggui Buxue Decoction, compared between the two groups before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndromes and treatment effect. Results： There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment （P〈0.05） ;the difference was significant （P〈0.01） in TCM syndrome score group after treatment. The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88%, which was significantly better than that of the control group （80 % ）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conehlsion ： Shenlingbaizhu powder with Danggui Buxue Decoction can significantly improve the TCM symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect, the effect is superior to that of Shenling Baizhu powder was administered alone
