玉屏风散合沙参麦冬汤治疗原发性干燥综合征疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Yuping Feng San and Shashen Maidong Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Sjogren Syndrome

目的:探讨玉屏风散合沙参麦冬汤治疗原发性干燥综合征的效果。方法:选取50例干燥综合征患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组患者给予常规对症处理,观察组患者在对照组患者常规治疗基础上加用玉屏风散合沙参麦冬汤加减治疗,比较两组患者症状缓解时间和治疗效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.0%,优于对照组的72.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者口干、眼干、血管炎症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规对症治疗基础上加用玉屏风散合沙参麦冬汤加减治疗原发性干燥综合征,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the Yuping Feng San and Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of primary Sjogren syndrome effect. Methods： A total of 50 cases of dry syndrome patients, randomly divided as control group and observation group, each group of 25 cases, control group were given routine symptomatic treatment were observed group of patients in the control group patients on the basis of the use of Yupingfeng Powder Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment, the symptoms of the patients in the two groups were compared remission time and treatment effect. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group was 96%, better than 72 % in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Observation group were dry mouth, dry eyes, vasculitis symptom remission time was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Treated with Yupingfeng San Shashen Maidong Decoction on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment of Western medicine, can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, improve the clinical efficacy, is worthy of clinical application.
