To promote the development of civil-military integration of traffic and improve troops＇ strategic projection ability, the paper elaborates the connotation of emergency traffic system and the significance of civil-military integration construction. It also proposes the key points of constructing civil-military integration according to the existing problems in emergency traffic system construction.
