Study on Benefit Sharing among SMS Express Delivery Enterprises on Urban Joint Distribution Alliances

从快递企业期望的角度出发,使用层次分析法(AHP)构建快递企业配送任务价值系数和服务绩效指标的递阶层次结构图,考虑快递企业对城市共同配送联盟的贡献因素,利用满意度函数,设计一种为联盟成员普遍接受的科学合理的利益分配方案,促进联盟健康而稳定的存在。

In this paper, from the perspective of an express delivery enterprise, we used the AHP to build the distribution task value system and the hierarchical structural diagram of the service performance indexes of the company, considered the contribution of the company to the urban joint distribution alliance and at the end, using a satisfaction function, designed a reasonable benefit sharing plan universally acceptable to the alliance members.
