摘要
在供应链的视角下对农产品质量安全风险进行分析,从生产环节、加工环节、物流环节、销售环节这四个方面建立风险评价指标体系,并使用熵权法求出客观权重,用改进的层次分析法得出主观权重,进行组合权重,既可以有效避免评价过程中的主观臆断,还能结合数据间的内部关系,再应用TOPSIS法来计算比较不同地区的农产品质量安全风险情况并且进行排序,最后以实际案例来验证模型的可行性。
In this paper, from a supply chain perspective, we analyzed the quality and security risks for the agricultural produce, then built the risk evaluation index system for the production, processing, logistics and sales links, obtained the objective weight of the indexes using the entropy weighting process and the subjective weight using the improved AHP before applying the TOPSIS to compare and rank the agricultural produce quality and security situation of different regions, and at the end, through a case study, demonstrated the feasibility of the model.
