基于参与行为影响的物流服务供应链利益协调机制研究

Study on Benefit Coordination Mechanism of Logistics Service Supply Chain Based on Participative Behavior Influence

物流服务集成商的参与行为影响功能型物流企业的工作努力程度,为此本文建立与其参与行为相匹配的利益协调机制。结论表明,物流服务集成商的参与行为与功能型物流企业之间的工作存在互补关系时,物流服务集成商应该增加参与度,同时提高对功能型物流企业的分配系数,增加风险收益;当物流服务集成商的参与行为与功能型物流企业之间的工作存在替代关系时,物流服务集成商应该降低参与度,但要提高对功能型物流企业的分配比率。

In this paper, we established the benefit coordination mechanism of logistics service integrators whose participative behaviors influenced the effort level of the hmctional logistics enterprises, and then, through analyzing it in detail, elaborated on the best measures to be taken by the integrators.
