摘要 针对第三方冷链物流企业利用社会车辆过程中出现物流企业信息系统和社会车辆信息系统对接不畅的问题,分析了当前物流企业设计本公司内部信息系统接口存在的问题和不能多系统对接的成因,设计了第三方冷链物流企业和社会车辆系统之间多样灵活的接口,运用Web Service接口调用+XML国际统一标准平台数据格式实现系统顺利对接和信息共享,在此基础上物流企业可以实时获取社会租赁车辆的位置、温湿度等状态信息,提高冷链运输的可视化水平和客户满意度,保障了生鲜产品的时效性和品质。 In this paper, in view of the problems in the docking of the information system of the third party cold chain logistics enterprises and the social vehicle information system, we analyzed the problems with the interfaces of the internal information system of the logistics enterprises at the current stage and the reason for the failure in the docking of the two, and at the end designed a more flexible interface through which the logistics enterprises could obtain real-time information concerning the location and temperature/humidity of the social vehicles for rent, thus improving the visibility level and customer satisfaction of the cold chain transportation process.
