摘要
以某热电厂大跨干煤棚网壳工程项目为背景,对开敞干煤棚网壳结构进行风洞测压试验。基于风洞测压试验所得的脉动风荷载时程数据,开展大跨干煤棚网壳风振时程分析。分析不同风向角下是否堆煤对该开敞干煤棚网壳结构风振响应的影响。研究了基于时程计算结果的大跨屋盖结构等效静风荷载计算方法,分析比较几种常用的风振系数计算公式及其与峰值因子的关系。研究结果表明:考虑Weibull分布峰值因子的局部轴力风振系数能够用于确定合理有效的等效静力风荷载,实现大跨干煤棚网壳结构风振响应的静力等效,且便于工程应用。
Wind tunnel test was carried out for a long-span lattice shell roof structure with openings on two sides, it was constructed to store coal of a power plant. Based on time history data of fluctuating wind loads obtained from the test, wind-induced vibration responses of the roof structure were analyzed in two cases with and without stored coal. The effects of stored coal on the wind-induced vibration responses were investigated under different incident wind angles. The determination of the equivalent static wind loads (ESWLs) on the roof structure was studied using gust response factors and peak factors. The analysis results indicated that the ESWLs on the long-span lattice shell can be reasonably determined with gust response factors associated with the axial forces of key structural members.
