职业院校发展探析

社会对专业技能人才的需求越来越迫切。目前职业院校对这类型人才的培养的不足表现在:学校专业设置与企业之间的脱节,教师聘用制度不够完善,学生生源来源的多样,学生择业观念的偏差等方面。为此,在对职业教育院校现状分析的基础上,提出改革教学体制、提高教师素质、提高学生生源质量、学校与企业合作办学、发挥政府的调节作用等对策和建议。

At present the lack of talent training in vocational colleges displays as the following： the disconnection of major setting and enterprises, the imperfection of teaching employment system, the variety of students, and the deviation of post choice. Therefore on the basis of analyzing the present situation of vocational education colleges, it proposes countermeasures and suggestions to reform teaching system, they are to improve teacher quality, increase student quality, run schools cooperatively by colleges and enterprises, and give full play to the coordination of the government.
