摘要
"全人"可谓是台湾技职院校技职教育的最终目标,"全人教育"在台湾实施多年,成效显著,影响巨大。两岸经济社会发展有相似历程,台湾技职"全人教育"理念和做法,对于当前大陆职业教育体系构建,以及全面推进职业技术教育发展,有许多启示和借鉴。大陆职业教育,要关注受教权益,促进校企合作,提供更多教育选择,明确职教目标。
＂Holistic＂ is the ultimate goal of Taiwan vocational education, ＂holistic education＂ has been implemented in Taiwan for many years, and achieved remarkable accomplishments. Cross-strait economic and social development has a similar course, so Taiwan vocational technical ＂holistic education＂ concept and practice provide enlightenment and reference for the current Chinese vocational education system construction, and comprehensive promotion of vocational and technical education development. Chinese vocational education should pay attention to education rights and interests, promote the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, provide more education choices, and clarify vocational education goal.
