VFS阀过滤精度对液压响应特性影响浅析

Analysis of the Affects of VFS Valve Filtration Precision on Hydraulic Response

文章以某型自动变速器VFS阀为例,介绍了VFS阀滤网过滤精度调整的试验。试验结果表明VFS阀滤网过滤精度改变,会影响其油压响应性;在滤网过滤精度改变后,通过适当调整充放油电流,可以使油压响应性达到调整前状态。

This paper introduces an experiment of the VFS filter screen precision adjustment, taking the VFS valve of a type of automatic transmission for example. Results show that the precision change of the VFS valve filter screen will affect the oil pressure response. We can make the response reach the same standard after altering the VFS valve filter screen by adjusting the boost/drain current of the VFS valve appropriately.
