摘要
应用CFD软件AVL-FIRE,对某四缸柴油机冷却水套进行三维数值模拟,得到了冷却水套的流场速率,压力损失、温度场及换热系数分布等基本流场信息。计算结果表明,冷却水套平均流速大于0.5m/s,总压降仅为21.4k Pa,温度分布在350k^380k合理区间内,缸体前端的冷却液流速相对较低。该柴油机冷却水套结构基本能够满足设计要求。
A3D numerical simulation is conducted on the cooling water jacket of a four diesel engine by CFD-AVL-FIRE. The flow field information is obtaine-d,such as flow field velocity,coolant pressure loss,temperature field and d-istribution of heat exchange coefficient and so on. The calculate result reveal-s that mean velocity in the cooling water jacket is higher than 0.5m/s,total pressure loss through water jacket is 21.4k Pa,temperature distribution within the reasonable range of 350k^380k,and the cooling water velocity of part o-f cylinder block front-end is rather slow. The structure of jacket can generally satisfy the cooling requirement.
