摘要
针对某皮卡在可靠性试验过程中发现燃油滤清器固定支架和车身钣金轮包连接处出现钣金开裂问题,进行结构、装配关系等原因分析。对轮包及加强板进行频率响应分析,对结构不合理之处进行改进优化,避开发动机共振频率,并对优化后轮包进行试验验证。结果表明,改进后的轮包,满足整车可靠性要求,并为今后的产品开发提供有效借鉴。
During the process of reliability test of a pick-up vehicle,found that the joint of the fuel filter fixed bracket and body sheet metal wheel package were cracked.The reasons were analysis by the structure and assembly relation etc.The frequency response analysis was carried out on the wheel package and reinforcing plate, to improve the unreasonable structure of optimization, avoid engine resonance frequency, and test the optimization of the wheel package.Results show that the improved package, meeting the reliability requirements, and provide effective reference for future product development.
