摘要
文章在探讨了皮卡车应用前景后,在碰撞仿真理论的指导下,根据国家C-NCAP规定,以某皮卡为研究对象,利用软件hyperworks和ls-dyna建立整车正面碰撞有限元模型并进行仿真分析。通过对整车前部变形和加速度时间历程曲线对比的研究,评价了整车的安全性和验证了仿真模型的有效性,为该款车后续的碰撞性能改进设计提供参考。
The prospect of application of the pickup is discussed in this paper firstly,according to the C-NCAP and based on the basic principle of vehicle crash analysis using the nonlinear finite element method.A pickup truck as the research object, the frontal crash finite element mode of pickup is established and simulation analysis using the software hyperworks and ls-dyna.After analyzing the deformation of the front of the vehicle and curves of acceleration,Evaluat the safety of the vehicle and verify the effectiveness of the simulation model.which will supply the reference standard for the collision performance of the subsequent improvement of the car design.
