句酷批改网在大学英语写作中的应用研究——以武夷学院为例

A Survey on the Application of Pigaiwang in English writing—A Case Study of Wuyi University

句酷批改网是基于语料库和云计算技术提供作文在线批改服务的智能批改系统,因其自身优势,一经推出就受到了大家的青睐。武夷学院使用句酷批改网一年后,对使用情况进行了全面的调查研究。结果发现学生的写作频率和写作水平有了较明显的提高,教师的作文批阅工作量极大地减轻,对大学英语写作教学产生了积极的影响。同时,句酷批改网也存在一些问题,所以,其目前尚无法完全取代教师批阅,将两者结合起来是比较理想的批阅模式。

English writing ability is an important part of English language competence. However, in recent years English writing is facing the dilemma of being marginalized in college English teaching. Through an analysis of present situation in college English writing teaching, the thesis reveals the reasons. As soon as it published, Pigaiwang （http ：//www. pigai, org） becomes popular on college campuses for its own advantages. The author made a comprehensive survey on the feedback of using Pigaiwang in Wuyi University one year later. The research findings show that students＇ writing frequency and writing ability has significantly improved, the teachers＇ workload of es- say marking has been greatly reduced and college English writing teaching has been affected in a positive way. Meanwhile, problems still existed; Pigaiwang needs to be further improved. Now it still can not completely replace the teachers＇ work, the ideal marking mode is to unify both of them.
