摘要
凝析油是一种轻烃收率较高的低硫石蜡基原油,在运输、存储及加工过程中易有轻烃和恶臭气体挥发。天津炼油厂从2011年3月到2013年4月加工凝析油,并将常减压蒸馏装置改造成为国内第一套单独加工凝析油的装置。介绍了天津炼油厂加工凝析油的生产情况,分析了炼油厂在存储、加工凝析油过程中对污水和气体的监测数据,对采取的各种HSE管理措施进行了总结。结果表明:在存储、加工凝析油过程中会挥发出毒害气体,通过采取严格的管理措施可以防止职业中毒事件的发生。
Condensate oil is one type of light sweet paraffin base crude with high yield of light hydrocarbon.It is easy to volatilize light hydrocarbon and malodorous gas during the transportation,storage or processing of condensate oil.The Refinery Department of TPCC began to process condensate oil from March 2011 to April 2013 and revamped the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit into the first unit which only processed condensate oil in China.This paper introduces the production of condensate oil processing by the Refinery Department of TPCC.It analyzes the monitoring data of sewage and gas from the storing and processing in the Refinery.And the paper summarizes the various HSE management measures.
