汽油吸附脱硫装置反应产物分离单元的工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 汽油吸附脱硫装置采用吸附脱硫原理,在氢环境下,利用吸附剂选择性吸附汽油中的含硫化合物,达到降低精制油品硫含量的目的。该生产过程在临氢、高温、高压操作条件下进行,其介质易燃易爆,反应产物分离单元存在高低压介质互串、气液相液位控制失灵等严重高风险危害。利用危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)对详细设计的汽油吸附脱硫工艺的产物分离单元进行分析,查找出工艺设计中存在介质倒串、仪表控制系统不完善等隐患,提出增上管道止逆阀,完善仪表控制系统,优化操作等削减风险的改进措施,进一步提高了装置运行的本质化安全水平。 Gasoline adsorption desulfurization device applies adsorption desulfurization principles.And in hydrogen environment,adsorbent is used for selective adsorption of gasoline sulfur compounds to achieve the goal of reducing sulfur content of refined oil.The medium is inflammable and explosive in this production process.Under the operating conditions of hydrogenating,high temperature and high pressure,high and low voltage medium mix,gas liquid level control failures and other high risk serious harm exist in the reaction product separation unit.The hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP) technology is adopted to analyze the product separation unit of gasoline adsorption desulfurization process with detailed design.This paper finds out the hidden dangers such as inversed flow of medium and imperfect instrument control system.It presents some improving measures for reducing risks covering adding higher check valve on the pipes,improving instrument control system and optimizing operation and so on.These measures help to further improve the intrinsic safety of device operation.
