摘要
对联合站原油罐区存在的火灾、爆炸原因进行了分析,建立了池火灾计算模型。以某联合站内原油罐区为主要研究对象,运用南京安元软件中的池火灾计算模型,模拟发生池火灾事故时可能造成的危害,得出了辐射热通量随距离的变化关系,以及死亡、重伤、轻伤、财产损失和人员安全半径,可为联合站的安全管理和应急救援机制的建立提供理论依据。
In this paper,the causes for fire and explosion in crude oil tank of combined-station are analyzed and pool fire computation model is established.With a crude oil tank inside certain combined-station as the main research object,the pool fire computation model of Nanjing Anyuan software is applied to simulate the hazards that may occur in a pool fire accident.The relationship between the radiant heat flux and distance change are obtained.And the death,serious injury,minor injury,property damage and personnel safety radius are obtained as well.These provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of safety management and emergency rescue mechanism for combined-station.
