摘要
在装置运行过程中发现:丙烯酸一段反应器位于某一区域的热电偶温度持续降低,直至达到与撤热介质循环温度相当,无法满足生产需要。通过对出现温度异常的区域进行有针对性的对比分析,从换热器换热能力、撤热介质循环量等方面进行分析,逐一确认,最终结合热气体数据判断存在局部结焦现象,找出了产生结焦的原因,从操作技能、操作水平和设备维护等方面提出应对措施,实现装置的稳定运行。
The temperature of thermocouple in a certain area of the first acrylic acid reactor is found to have been dropping gradually during the operation of the plant and reach the same as the circulating temperature of heat withdrawal medium finally,so the plant cannot meet the production needs.This paper makes a targeted comparative analysis on the area with abnormal temperature from the aspect of heat transfer capacity of the heater and the circulation amount of heat withdrawal medium.After confirming one by one through combining with data results of hot gas,it is decided finally that there's local coking.And then causes for the coking are found out.The paper then puts forward some countermeasures from the operation skill,operation level and plant maintenance and so on,which help to obtain the smooth operation of the plant.
