摘要
LNG是由天然气在常压下深冷至-162℃液化制取的,故拥有大量低温能量,在被用于工业原料或燃料之前,需通过换热将其气化,成为常温天然气。LNG在气化过程中,将会释放大量的冷能,一般可以通过直接或间接的方法进行回收利用,以达到节能的目的。结合渤海湾某大型LNG接收站的特点,给出了LNG冷能梯级利用方案,按照不同温位采用不同方法回收LNG冷能。
LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) is natural gas cooled to approximately-162℃(-260 °F) at atmospheric pressure,so it contains plenty of cold energy in low temperature.LNG needs to be re-gasified to room temperature through heat exchange before it is used for fuel or chemical raw materials.The released cold energy during LNG gasification process can be recovered by direct or indirect method to save energy.With the study of the characteristic of one LNG terminal at Bohai Gulf,a reasonable cascade utilization plan for cold energy is proposed in order to recover the cold energy of different temperatures from LNG through different methods.
