摘要
现有牧草切根机切根机构多采用从动式机构直接带动切根刀工作,存在草地切缝大、疏松范围广和扰动较高等缺点。对牧草切根机切根机构进行了创新设计,采用液压缸驱动平行四杆机构实现切根刀的锯切,利用机构往复幅度实现切根刀锯切时的稳定性。通过采用机液综合解析法设计计算,分析了平行四连杆机构的运动,建立了机构模型。通过对机构的仿真,实现了机构预期的运动要求。
Cutting mechanism of existing forage grass rootcutting machine mostly use slave mode mechanism driving root-cutting knife working. It's shortcomings are large grassland cutting seam, large-scale loose range and higher disturbance. Innovative design was made for cutting mechanism of forage grass root-cutting machine. Hydraulic cylinder driven parallel four bar mecha- nism was used to realize sawing of root cutter knife. Stability of root cutter knife was achieved by reciprocating amplitude of cut- ting mechanism. Motion of parallel four bar mechanism was analyzed according to design and calculation of comprehensive ana- lytical method for mechanical and hydraulic. Mechanism model was built. Expected movement requirements of root-cutting mechanism were realized by emulating.
