我国养殖业日益发达,对饲料的需求量日渐增加,而自动饲料发酵机械较少,饲料发酵装卸机械水平较低。针对饲料发酵机进行改进设计,该机具有翻料机构、升降机构和升降限位机构,并使用单片机自动控制,方便操作。可以消除饲料发酵时间差,提高饲料质量及营养价值,对我国饲料发酵机械的发展有一定的意义。

China＇s aquaculture industry is increasingly developed and the demand for feed is increasing. But automatic feed fermentation machinery is less. The level of feed fermentation and unloading machinery is low. Improved design was made for feed fermentation machine. This machine included turning over and mixing mechanism, lifting and failing mechanism, lifting and falling limit mechanism. And it realized automatic control using single chip microcomputer for convenient operation. This feed fermentation machine could eliminate time difference of feed fermentation, improve feed quality and nutritional value. It had a certain significance for the development of China＇s feed fermentation machinery.
