摘要
针对搅拌式反应器中搅拌轴采用纯锆、纯钽等有色金属时会大大增加设备制造成本的缺点,设计了一种包覆式结构的搅拌轴。包覆结构简单可靠,易于制造。通过搅拌轴制造关键工艺措施的有效控制,最终制造的包覆式搅拌轴的功能与质量,在保证安全的基础上,达到了技术设计要求。
Considering that using pure zirconium, tantalum and other nonferrous metals to make agitating shaft of a stirring reactor will greatly increase the cost, a kind of clad agitating shaft was designed. The cladding structure is simple, reliable and easy to form. Through effective control of the key technological measures for manufacturing the shaft, the performance and quality of the final product of clad agitating shaft meet the requirements of technical design on the basis of ensuring safety.
