摘要
在涟钢CSP生产线上,结合生产实践研究采用铝铁、硅铁、电石(CaC_2)脱氧脱硫生产Q235B钢种的生产工艺,替代原来用铝铁、钙线脱氧脱硫生产工艺,并对连铸配水制度进行了优化,在满足质量前提下降低了生产成本,有一定的借鉴和推广价值。
According to the production practice of the production process of aluminum iron, ferrosilicon, calcium carbide (CaC2) deoxidation and desulfurization production of Q235B steel in CSP production line, production process to replace the original with iron and aluminum calcium line deoxidation, desulfurization, calcium treatment, and the cooling system in continuous casting have been optimized appropriately, in meet the quality under the premise of reduces the production cost, there is certain reference and application value.
