开展血细胞形态检测在疾病诊断中的应用价值

Application value of blood cell morphology detection in disease diagnosis

目的：探讨血细胞形态检测在疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院2013年1月至2014年1月收治的150例存在发热临床表现的患者作为观察组，同时选取在本院开展健康体检的150例成人作为对照组，两组样本分别开展血细胞常规检测以及血涂片染色显微镜检测，观察两组样本的检测结果，并开展比较与分析。结果对照组样本的总阳性率为4．0％，观察组患者的总阳性率为57．34％，观察组显著高于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组样本在红细胞比容、平均红细胞体积、红细胞分布宽度标准差以及平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度的比较中均存在比较显著的差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），但平均红细胞血红蛋白比较无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论开展血细胞形态检测可充分了解患者的血细胞形态变化，对临床诊断增加了指导性建议，具有确切的应用价值，值得进一步推广与研究。

Objective To explore the application value of blood cell morphology detection in the disease diag‐nosis .Methods 150 cases of patients with fever clinical manifestation in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected as the observation group ,and meanwhile another 150 cases of adults conducted health examination in our hospital were selected as the control group .These two groups were respectively given blood cells routine test and blood smear microscopy detection ,then the detection results of these two groups of samples were observed ,com‐pared and analyzed .Results The total positive rate of the control group was 4 .0% ,and the total positive rate of the observation group was 57 .34% ,showing that observation group significantly higher than control group ,with statisti‐cally significant difference between groups （P〈 0 .05） .In the comparisons of hematocrit ,mean corpuscular volume , red blood cell distribution width standard deviation ,and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration of these two groups ,there were significant differences ,with statistical significance （P〈 0 .05） ,but no significant difference in the comparison of mean corpuscular hemoglobin （P〉0 .05） .Conclusion To conduct the blood cell morphology detection in the disease diagnosis can fully understand the blood cell morphology changes of patients ,supply some guidance and advice for the clinical diagnosis ,with exact application value ,and is worthy of further promotion and researches .
