Analysis of the five parameters of venous blood Cell of healthy adults in the three gorges region

目的：研究三峡地区健康成人静脉血细胞分析5项参数的正常参考区间。方法采集健康人群静脉血2 mL 于3 h 内在日本 Sysmex XT 1800 i 五分类全自动血细胞计数仪上完成检测。结果通过分析发现三峡地区健康成人静脉血细胞5项参数与全国临床检验操作规程（第4版）有一定的差异，RBC 、HGB 、HCT 三项男女有显著差异，而 WBC 、PLT 则差异不显著；但 WBC 有随年龄增长逐步下降的趋势，值得关注。结论血细胞分析5项参数因生活环境、生活方式、性别、年龄等不同，在正常参考范围上应有所差别。

Objective To analyze normal reference range of the five parameters of venous blood cell of the three gorges region healthy adults .Methods Healthy crowd collected venous blood Sysmex XT 2 mL within 3 h of Japan 1800 I five classification fully automatic blood count complete testing instrument .Results Through the analysis found＆amp;nbsp;that the three gorges region health adult cells in the blood of the five parameters and the clinical inspection procedures （fourth edition） has certain differences ,RBC ,HGB ,HCT three men and women have significant differences ,while the WBC ,PLT ,no significant difference ;But the WBC has a tendency to decline gradually along with the age growth ,wor‐thy of attention .Conclusion Verdict Blood cell analysis the five parameters due to the living environment ,way of life , different gender ,age and so on ,should be the difference in the normal reference range .
