电子交叉配血安全性分析

Safety analysis of electronic crossmatch of blood

目的：对电子交叉配血相合的标本，利用血清学法复核血型和交叉配合，分析确定电子交叉配血的安全性和适用性。方法电子交叉配合相合的血液，发血前用微柱凝胶卡法复核患者和献血员血型，以及交叉配合结果。结果5000例电子交叉配血相合的标本，血型符合率100％，主侧1例不相合（0．02％）；次侧19例不相合（0．38％）。次侧20例标本均因为直接抗人球蛋白试验阳性，对血液输注无影响。结论电子交叉配血是一种有效、快速、节约的交叉配血方式、但需要进行献血员的不规则抗体筛查和直接抗人球蛋白试验。

Objective The safety and applicability of the electronic crossmatch of blood were analyzed by using the method of serological test and cross matching .Methods Using microcolumn gel method to retest the samples which had been tested by the method of electronic crossmatch .For analysis the patients and blood donors＇blood group ,and the crossmatch results .Results All of the 5000 cases which tested with electronic crossmatch and the re‐sult were compatible ,the coincidence rate of blood group was 100% ,the main‐cross of 1 cases （0 .02% ） were not consistent ;19 cases of primary‐cross mismatched （0 .38% ） .The 20 cases of primary‐cross were positive were tested with Coomb＇s test positive results ,and no influence on blood transfusion .Conclusion Electronic crossmatch is an ef‐fective ,fast and economical method of blood crossmatch ,but it is necessary to carry out the irregular antibody screen‐ing and Coomb＇s test .
