摘要
目的:探讨 B 型钠尿肽(BNP)、高敏心肌肌钙蛋白(hs‐cTNT )检测对心肌梗死患者的临床价值。方法选取2012年8月至2014年8月在我院住院治疗确诊的心肌梗死(AMI)患者108例(观察组)和健康体检者120例(对照组),AMI 患者采取药物溶栓治疗或经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗,分别比较观察组与对照组、观察组治疗前后的 hs‐cTNT 和 BNP 水平,再对108例患者随访一年,观察心血管不良事件发生情况时 hs‐cTNT 和 BNP 水平。结果三组观察组分别与对照组、小面积梗死组与大面积梗死组之间 hs‐cTNT 、BNP 比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),小面积梗死组与中面积梗死组、中面积梗死组与大面积梗死组之间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后 hs‐cTNT 和 BNP 水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心血管事件发生与心血管事件未发生两组间s‐cTNT 和 BNP 水平比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 BNP 、hs‐cTNT 是 AMI 很好的早期诊断指标,同时对 AMI 的预后有很好的独立预测作用。
Objective To evaluate the role of B type natriuretic peptide (BNP) ,high sensitivity myocardial troponin (hs‐cTNT ) detection in patients with myocardial infarction clinical value .Methods selection in August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital hospitalization diagnosis of myocardial infarction (AMI) patients ,108 cases (ob‐servation group) and physical examination ,120 cases (control group) ,AMI patients taking drugs thrombolysis thera‐py or percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) therapy ,the observation group and control group ,the observation group were compared before and after treatment of the hs‐cTNT and BNP level ,and 108 patients were followed up for a year ,observing cardiovascular adverse events happening hs‐cTNT and BNP levels .Results three groups of ob‐servation group and control group ,the small area of infarction and large area of infarction group between the hs‐cT‐NT ,BNP is a very significant difference (P〈 0 .01) ,infarction group and small area in the area of infarction group ,in the area of infarction group and the comparison between large infarction group had significant difference (P〈 0 .05) ;Observation group before and after treatment the hs‐cTNT and BNP level comparative difference was statistically sig‐nificant (P〈 0 .01) ;Cardiovascular events and cardiovascular events did not happen s‐cTNT and BNP levels between the two groups to compare difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0 .05) .Conclusion BNP ,hs‐cTNT is AMI good early diagnosis index ,at the same time very good independent forecasts for the prognosis of AMI .
