屏边苗族祖先信仰探微

从目录学书籍来看,我国古代编撰的有关祖先奉祀信仰的书籍很多,可惜这些书籍大都亡佚,使得我们无法通过史料细致考究中国古代祖先信仰的方方面面。但是从古至今流传下来的各种祖先祭祀方式、民风民俗以及说唱歌谣等,还在一直影响着红河州屏边苗族的祖先信仰,也正是通过这一系列活动我们可以窥探苗族信仰的意义。祖先信仰与我国的传统文化、政治、地理区域等也都有着密切的联系,因此苗族的祖先信仰既能体现出基本信仰原则,又显示出了自身的民族特色。
