摘要
本文对丹参多糖的结构与组成研究,丹参药材经过水提醇沉得到丹参粗多糖,经二次醇沉纯化、H2O2脱色、冷冻干燥后得到浅黄色多糖.经过DEAE-Sepharose Na Cl梯度洗脱后,测定表明丹参多糖以中性多糖为主.
Thispaper studies the structure andcomposition ofPolysaccharide fromSalviamilti- orrhiza. Afterwaterextractionandalcoholprecipitation, the crudepolysaccharideofSalviamilti- orrhiza is obtained, then the light yellow polysaccharide is obtained. The tests show that Salvia polysaccharide ismainlybasedonneutralpolysaccharide.
