摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)作为老年痴呆的主要病因越来越严重威胁着人类的健康。流行病学资料显示,姜黄素具有强大的抗AD作用、且因提取自食材具有极高的安全性而备受瞩目。本文从姜黄素对AD特征性病理变化的影响、姜黄素的药代动力学、增加姜黄素生物利用度的主要方法这3个方面综述了姜黄素对AD药用价值。
Alzheimer's disease (AD), as the main cause of senile dementia, has become a serious threat to human health. Epidemiological evidence shows that curcumin is of g)reat effectiveness for AD, and it attracts much attention because of its great safety since it is derived from human food source. This article reviewed the therapeutic value of curcumin for AD based on the pathological changes of AD after curcumin treatment, the pharmacokinetics of curcumin and methods to increase its bioavailability.
