摘要 目的探讨流式细胞术(FCM)检测急性髓系白血病(AML)患者微小残留病灶的特点及临床意义。方法对60例急性髓系白血病(AML)患者采用CD45/SSC双参数散点图设门的方法进行四色流式细胞术微小残留病灶的动态监测。结果60例急性髓系白血病(AML)患者异常免疫表型的出现频率为:交叉系列抗原表达占35%,抗原缺失占55%,抗原过度表达占6.7%,不同期抗原共表达仅占3.3%。结论利用流式细胞术(FCM)能够对AML患者进行MRD动态监测,对治疗评估、预测预后及提示复发有重要意义。 Objective To study the characteristics and clinical significance of minimal residual disease of acute myeloid leukemia patients by flow cytometry(FCM). Methods The minimal residual disease of 60 acute myeloid leukemia patients were analyzed by using four-color flow cytometry. Results The positive rates of cross lineage antigen expression, antigen lack expression, antigen over expression and asynchronous antigen expression were 35%, 55% ,6.7 ~ ,3.3% respectively in 60 acute myeloid leukemia patients. Conclusion The accuracy can be increased by MRD monitor with the use of FCM, which have important significance in evaluating treatment, predicting the prognosis and relase.
