2型糖尿病患者的血脂测定结果分析

Analysis of blood lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者的血脂变化，探讨血脂检测对于糖尿病患者临床诊断中的意义。方法选取2011年1月至2014年12月本院收治的单纯T2DM病患263例和263例同期健康体检者，根据其血脂检测结果，将两组数据进行比对。结果T2DM组与健康组相比，T2DM组的总胆固醇（TC），三酰甘油（TG），低密度脂蛋白（LDL—c）明显升高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。血脂各项指标异常比例女性高于男性，升高主要是TC和TG，约占40％。结论血脂水平和T2DM之间有着密切的关系，在临床治疗当中要密切关注T2DM血脂指标变化，有利于治疗和预防糖尿病并发症的发生。

Objective To analysis the change of lipids level and to explore the signifiance of clinical diagnosis with detection of serum lipids in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Methods Comparison of lipids level between 263 T2DM and 263 physical examination which were from 2011 January to 2014 December in our hospital. Results Compared with the physical examination group, the level of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein（LDL-C） of T2DM group incrreased signifiantly（P〈0.05）. The indicators of dyslipidemia proportion was higher in females than in males,Increase is mainly TC and TG,About 40%. Conclusion Detection of serum lipids of T2DM conducive to the treatment and prevention of the complications, as the relevance of the lipids level and T2DM.
