品管圈在提高器械包装合格率中的应用

The implementation of quality control circle in improving the packing qualified rate of various medical instruments

目的通过品管圈活动提高器械包装合格率。方法学习品管圈知识，成立品管圈小组，确立“提高器械包装合格率”为活动主题，遵循PDCA工作程序进行现状调查、目标设定、要因分析、对策拟定和实施。结果开展品管圈活动后器械包装质量大大提高，减少包装差错件数发生，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论品管圈活动提高了器械包装质量，使用科室满意度、科室人员参与管理的意识和能力大大提高。同时又加强了科室之间团结协作精神，调动科室人员参与管理、主动学习的积极性。

Objective To improve the packaging yield of various medical instruments by quality control circle （QCC）. Methods To study the knowledge of QQC,to establish a team to implement QQC with the goal to improve packing yield of the various medical instruments, and to utilize the PDCA program to establish and control the current work situation,goals,casual factor analysis,as well as strategy formulation and implementation. Results The implementation of QQC greatly enhanced packaging yield of various medical instruments and at the same time reduced the occurrence of packaging errors,with the difference being statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion QCC activities greatly improved the packaging yield and quality, usage satisfaction from the involved departments, and the participation rate and management skills of the staff. At the same time,the activities strengthened the synergy and cooperation between the departments,raised enthusiasm and morale of staff to become involved in management,and promoted staff to take initiative through active learning.
