β2肾上腺素受体在心血管疾病方面的研究情况

摘要 Ahlquist在1948年首次将肾上腺素能受体分为α受体和β受体两大类。根据α受体和β受体对各种配体的相对作用强度,肾上腺素能受体又进一步划分为α1/α2和β1/β2等多种亚型。人类p2肾上腺素受体(β2-AR)由ADRB2基因编码,位于染色体5q3,全长为1.8kb。该基因结构中无内含子,其开放读码框编码的蛋白由413个氨基酸残基组成,肽链7次跨膜,属G蛋白偶联受体家族。
