摘要
中医认为脾胃乃后天之本,摄入的饮食需经脾胃受纳、运化才能转化为人体所需的精、气、血、津、液,而饮食不节也是导致脾胃功能失常,百病丛生的重要原因之一。本文以中医理论为基础,从生理、病理及中医临床探讨饮食与脾胃的关系,为中医防病、治病提供理论依据。
Traditional chinese medicine explains spleen and stomach are source of acquired constitution. After spleen and stomach governing transportation and transformation, diet is turned into essence, Qi, blood and body fluid. While improper diet can lead to dysfunction of spleen and stomach, is one of the important reasons for all kinds of disorders. This paper intend to explore the correlation of spleen stomach and diet from physiology and pathology by traditional chinese medicine, provide theoretical basis for preventing disease and curing disease.
