舒血宁联合百令胶囊对急性肾功能不全患者的疗效及对肾功能保护作用的研究

Effect of Shuxuening combined with Corbrin Capsule on Patients with Acute Renal Insufficiency and its Protection on Renal Function

目的观察探讨舒血宁联合百令胶囊对急性肾功能不全患者的疗效及对肾功能的保护。方法选择2014年7月至2015年5月在我院接受治疗的急性肾功能不全患者100例,按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组各50例,给予两组患者使用常规的西医治疗,对照组在此基础上加以使用百令胶囊进行治疗,观察组则使用舒血宁联合百令胶囊进行治疗,均治疗2周后,观察其疗效,分析两组患者临床症状、血清肌酐、尿素氮、内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白定量、胱抑素C以及肝功能的变化情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94%,显著高于对照组80%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的临床症状、内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白定量及胱抑素C均得到了显著的改善,与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的血清肌酐和尿素氮治疗后,下降至(153.34±1.12)μmol/L、(10.83±1.01)μmol/L,显著低于对照组的(184.96±1.57)μmol/L、(14.65±1.22)μmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期均对其肝功能无影响(P>0.05)。结论治疗急性肾功能不全使用舒血宁联合百令胶囊,可改善临床症状,显著提高其疗效,对患者的肾功能具有保护作用,且有较高的安全性,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective To investigate the Shuxuening combined with Corbrin capsule on the effect of patients with acute renal insufficiency, and its protection to renal function. Methods 100 patients with acute renal insufficiency form July 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital for treatment were selected, and the patients according to the random indicator method were divided into the observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients of two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, the control group on the basis was with capsule treatment, and the observe group was given Shuxuening combined with Corbrin capsule. 2 weeks after treatment, observe its treatment efficiency, the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms, serum creatinine and urea nitrogen, endogenous creatinine clearance, 24 h urinary protein, urinary inhibition and quantitative changes of the liver function were analysed. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 94%, significantly higher than that 80.00% of control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, compared with the control group, the clinical symptoms, endogenous creatinine clearance, 24 h urine protein quantitative urinary inhibition and cystatin C in the observation group were significantly improved, with statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. Ater treatment,the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in observation group were decreased to（153.34±1.12） umol/L,（10.83±1.01） umol/L,respectively, significantly lower than in the control group（184.96±1.57） umol/L and（14.65±1.22） umol/L, the two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）. During the period in the treatment of the two groups of patients had no effect on liver function（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Shuxuening combined with Corbrin capsule in treatment of acute renal insufficiency, could improve clinical symptoms, and significantly improve the treatment curative effect. It showed protective effect on renal function with high security,is worthy of popularizing in clinical use.
