摘要
本文研究江香薷不同极性的提取物对于α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的抑制作用。以p NPG为底物,通过高效液相色谱法测定酶解产物——对硝基苯酚(PNP)的含量,并计算酶抑制率,检测不同极性的江香薷提取物对α-葡萄糖苷酶活性的影响。结果显示江香薷各提取部分均表现出良好的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制性。其中三种方法制备得到的挥发油成分的抑制作用最高,当浓度为0.25 mg/m L时,抑制率均可达到90%以上。江香薷挥发油成分和醇提乙酸乙酯萃取部分具有显著的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用,是潜在的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂药物来源。
This paper aims to study the α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of Mosla chinensis Maxim.cv.Jiangxiangru extracts. The concentration of p-nitrophenol(PNP), which is the enzymatic hydrolysate of α-glucosidase,was detected by HPLC. The extracts showed obvious inhibitory effect, and essential oils extracted by three methods had the maximum inhibitory activity, their inhibitions were more than 90% when the concentration was 0.25 mg/m L. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activities of essential oil of Mosla chinensis Maxim.cv.Jiangxiangru and petroleum ether extract Mosla chinensis Maxim.cv. Jiangxiangru were significant. They are the potential medicine source of the α-glucosidase inhibitor.
