高压氧对运动性疲劳大鼠机体影响分析 被引量:2

摘要 本研究选取SD大鼠(Sprague Dawley)32只,随机分为四组:对照组、运动疲劳模型组(疲劳组)、疲劳运动后高压氧恢复组(高氧组)以及运动前高压氧预先处理组(干预组),每组均为8只。根据鼠体重/摄氧量回归方程式所建立的渐增负荷运动方式构建运动性疲劳动物模型,采用标准医用高压氧对高氧组及干预组大鼠进行高压氧治疗,实验4周后对实验大鼠进行观察、指标测定。数据统计分析结果显示四组实验大鼠在实验28天后,相比对照组,疲劳组大鼠生长缓慢(P<0.01),而干预组、高氧组与对照组体重差异不显著。本研究由此推断,运动性疲劳显著影响机体生长发育,而高压氧有助于缓解疲劳并保护机体正常发育生长。 This study selected 32 SD rats(Sprague Dawley). They were randomly divided into four groups: control group, exercise fatigue model group(fatigue group), fatigue hyperbaric oxygen recovery after exercise group(hyperbaric oxygen group) and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group before exercise(intervention group). There are eight rats in each group. According to the regression equation of body weight and oxygen uptake to establish the animal model of fatigue by way of increasing the load movement, standard medical hyperbaric oxygen was used in hyperbaric oxygen group and intervention group. The experimental rats were observed after 4 weeks. Data statistical analysis results showed the slow growth of the fatigue group rats(P 〈 0.01) and little difference between the control group and intervention group in weight after 28 days of the experiment. This study shows that exercise-induced fatigue significantly affects the body growth and development, and hyperbaric oxygen can help to relieve fatigue and protect the body’s normal growth and development.
