摘要 互动式案例教学结合互动式教学和案例教学的特点,讲求对案例研讨和对法条应用的过程中,对理论进行探究,对知识进行反思和批判。互动式案例教学以案例为主导,注重知识的探寻性和交流的双向性。互动式案例教学契合研究型教学理念,并具有解决法学教育职业培训性和学术研究性二重对立的优势,因此提倡互动式案例教学成为必要。互动式案例教学选择的案例应具有一定的理论深度和复杂性和影响。最高院的指导性案例以及各级法院的案例汇编中的案例可以作为互动式案例教学的首选。互动式案例教学的实施依赖于师生的良好配合、精心的课前准备和良好的课堂组织。 The interactive case teaching has the features of interactive teaching and case teaching and it focuses on rethinking and criticizing during seminars of cases and application of law articles. The interactive case teaching is dominated by cases and lays stress on seeking knowledge and a two-way communication. The interactive case teaching fits the idea of research teaching and can solve the conflicts between vocational training of law education and academic research. So it is necessary to advocate interactive case teaching. Cases selected should be theoretical and influential. Guidance cases of Supreme court and cases compiled in casebook by courts at all levels are preferred. Furthermore, carrying out interactive case teaching depends on good coordination between teachers and students, pre-class preparation and class organization.
