我国人体器官捐献救助体系建立与实现途径的构想

Conception on establishment and realization of organ donation assistance system in China

为保证器官捐献工作的健康、可持续发展,必须建立具有中国特色、完善的器官捐献救助体系和长效工作机制。器官捐献救助的特点是开放、公正和独立。各级民政部门要成为器官捐献救助的主体,同时广泛发动社会力量参与,并积极推动器官捐献救助立法。

In order to ensure sustainable development of organ donation in China,perfect organ donation assistance system and constantly-effective working guidelines with China characteristics had to be established. Openness,justice and independence during the organ donation assistance should be highlighted. Civil Affairs Department at all levels should take charge of the organ donation assistance work and call on non-governmental organizations to participate actively,and facilitate the legislation for organ donation assistance at the same time.
