摘要
详细分析了在飞机的研制中,大型复杂长桁研制存在的主要技术瓶颈,以及长桁由传统加工工艺向国际先进的专业化高效加工技术转型中的关键技术环节,研究并总结出以自动化液压装夹技术、复杂长桁工艺设计、弱刚性结构高速切削等技术为基础的大型复杂长桁专业化加工技术,为我国大型复杂长桁技术的突破奠定基础。
In the development of aircraft is analyzed in detail, the main technical bottlenecks ot the large and complex long truss, as well as the long boom from traditional processing technology to the advanced international specialization and the key technique of high efficient processing technology transformation, studied and summarized based on the technique of automatic hydraulic clamping and complex stringer technology such as high- speed cutting technology design, weak rigidity structure on the basis of large complex stringer specialized processing technology, for our country large complex stringer technology breakthrough.
