摘要
为了缩短某型制氧制氮车的开车启动时间,首先要增加制冷量。为了增加制冷量,主要研究了配套的透平膨胀机,并利用数学的方法研究找到了影响其制冷量的因素。经过理论分析发现可以通过适当增大喷嘴出口处横截面积的办法来增加制冷量,并能有效缩短制氧制氮车的启动时间。
In order to shorten the startup time for Oxygen and Nitrogen Vehicle , we need to increase the amount of refrigeration firstly . I studied the matching turbine expander mainly to increase the amount of refrigeration and found the factors that affect the refrigeration through the use of digital methods . Though theoretical analysis , it is found that the amount of refrigeration can be increased by increasing the cross-sectional area of the nozzle exit and can effectively shorten the startup time of Oxygen and Nitrogen Vehicle.
