摘要
主起舱综合支撑台架是为民用飞机主起轮胎爆破试验提供一个完整的支撑与安装平台,是整个试验装置的基础与核心结构。其主要设计方法是对原飞机的主起舱、起落架等结构进行简化,在节省试验件制造成本的同时又能模拟轮胎爆破时主起舱环境,同时还要确保爆破试验时试验装置不发生失稳与破坏,最终达到试验目的。综合支撑台架主要包括主起舱假件、起落架假件和试验台架三部分组件,该设计方案目前已在国内某型号飞机的轮胎爆破试验中得到应用并验证成功。
