The quality of weapon equipment is influenced by management in manufacturing. It is difficult to learn the quality characteristic in special productive process. The relevant concept of special productive process is presented about the shell of underwater vehicle. Validation, measurement and control about process factors is analyzed. Quality characteristic, detect project and quality control is discussed. The key problem is carded and summarized.
