FANUC系统故障处理方法浅析

摘要 数控机床,特别是加工中心在机械制造业和其它制造行业中日益普及,由于机床放置环境潮湿、电源电压不稳和操作人员的误操作等都可能造成加工中心出现故障。常见机床故障包括手动与自动都不能运行、不能进行手动连续进给方式和不能进行手轮运行等三种,当出现这三种常见故障时,在熟悉数控系统操作的基础上如何充分利用数控系统本身自带的诊断功能来判断机床系统的故障,并根据提示修改其中的参数设置以排除故障是保障数控机床正常运行、提高生产企业效益的重要保证。 Numerical control machine tools, especially machining center in the mechanical manufacturing industry and other manufacturing industry is becoming more and more popular, because the machine is placed in the environment, the power supply voltage instability and the operation of the operator may cause the failure of the machining center. Common machine tool failures, including manual and automatic operation, can not be manually continuous feed mode and can not be carried out three kinds of hand wheel operation, when the three common failures, the use of CNC system based on how to make full use of the system itself to judge the failure of the machine tool, and according to the change of the parameters set to rule out the fault is to protect the normal operation of CNC machine tools, improve the efficiency of the important mmrAnt~,=
