摘要
数控机床,特别是加工中心在机械制造业和其它制造行业中日益普及,由于机床放置环境潮湿、电源电压不稳和操作人员的误操作等都可能造成加工中心出现故障。常见机床故障包括手动与自动都不能运行、不能进行手动连续进给方式和不能进行手轮运行等三种,当出现这三种常见故障时,在熟悉数控系统操作的基础上如何充分利用数控系统本身自带的诊断功能来判断机床系统的故障,并根据提示修改其中的参数设置以排除故障是保障数控机床正常运行、提高生产企业效益的重要保证。
