中山火电300MW热电机组一次风机选型探讨

摘要 高能耗已经成为我国电力行业发展急需解决的问题,在发电厂和热电厂中,低压变频调速装置早已得到应用,高压变频调速装置也在现代电厂和热电厂中应用越来越广泛,高压变频调速装置在现代热电厂中是可行的,有利于降低煤炭消耗,降低发电成本,从而最大限度地提高企业的经济效益。对一次风机的类型及效率进行了简要分析,并对国内知名风机厂家的设备质量、价格及业绩进行了比较,认为中山电厂的一次风机采用离心式一次风机加变频器非常合适。 High energy consumption has become the urgent problems in the development of power industry in China, in the power plant and thermal power plant, the low voltage variable frequency speed regulating device has already been applied, high voltage variable frequency speed regulating device is also more and more widely applied in modem power plant and thermal power plant, high voltage variable frequency speed regulating device in modem thermal power plant is feattible, energy-saving effect obviously. Type and the efficiency of a wind machine were briefly analyzed, and the dome^tic wt^ll-known manufacturer of wind machine equipment quality, price and performance are compared. It is concluded that the Zhongshan power plant of a fan by centrifugal a wind machine and inverter is very suitable.
