摘要
以西门子S7-300 PLC为控制器,设计了一种对步进电机的控制系统。阐述了系统的组成,并对硬件及软件进行了详细的设计,其中采用了输入信号模块的硬件中断功能来进行反馈值的采集。通过实际测试运行,表明该控制系统运行稳定,成本控制较好,具有很高的实用价值。
Based on Siemens S7-300 PLC as the controller, we design a control system ot stepper motor, the components of the system is expounded, and the design of hardware and software in detail, including hardware interrupt function module of the input signal is adopted for feedback value collection. Through the actual test run, show that the control system runs stably, better cost control, has the very high practical value.
