摘要
本文针对特种设备用钢的表面处理控制系统中酸洗环节存在的问题,设计了酸浓度控制系统,设计包括整体结构设计、硬件设计、软件功能设计。设计出酸浓度在线控制系统能实时、准确地检测酸液浓度,并准确控制酸洗液的浓度在一定范围内波动,最大限度地降低欠酸洗或过酸洗的发生。
