冶金起重机的使用现状和检验应特别重视的若干问题

根据冶金起重机事故调查分析,结合国家标准对冶金起重机的要求,研究了我国现阶段冶金起重机的使用现状。针对冶金起重机的工况和检验中存在的问题,提出了冶金起重机检验中需要重视的若干问题。

Crane machinery industry is the important industry of China＇s national economy, the crane is an important pillar of the metallurgical industry, which is closely related to the national economy. As one of the most important types of crane, metallurgical crane is one of the most dangerous and safe, and its reliability and safety has been the focus of people＇s attention. The angle of December 1992 Hubei crane bridge rupture resulting in ladle falling accident and occurred in April 2007 in Tieling a steel ladle inclination over accidents have caused a great loss of life and property. In this paper, according to the accident investigation and analysis, the paper studies the current situation of the use of metallurgical crane in China at present. In view of the problems existing in the operation and inspection of the crane, a number of issues that need to be attached to the test of the metallurgical crane are put forward.
